Throughout my second-year tenure journey I have experienced some challenges. Good intentions can be misconstrued and not well received.  Fortunate and blessed  for having trusted advisors and mentors, who want me to be successful. They have devoted many hours to coach, motivate, and encourage me. I’m proud to say that my journey is becoming clearer.
